Public Private Partnerships (PPP) or also known as Private Finance Initiative (PFI) was officially unveiled in Malaysia under the Ninth Malaysia Plan in 2006. The increasing number of public projects implemented via PPP procurement has created interest among researchers to undertake studies on PPP, hence this edited book. This book is a compilation of the research on PPP in Malaysia. SUHAIZA BT. ISMAIL is an Associate Professor at the Department of Accounting, Kulliyyah of Economics and Management Sciences, International Islamic University Malaysia. She obtained her PhD in Private Finance Initiative or Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, United Kingdom in 2005. She has been actively involved with research and publication on PPP in Malaysia, ASEAN and the United Kingdom for almost ten years.
